Our Church Ministries Coordinators

Our Church Ministries Coordinators work diligently to contact local churches across Canada in order to book meetings for our speakers.

Anna Bortsova (seated in front) was born and raised in St. Petersburg, Russia.  While working as a translator for missionaries, she heard the Gospel for the first time.  Soon her husband, Vladimir, became a believer, as well.  Before long, they were involved in full-time ministry in Kazakhstan.  They moved to Canada in 1999 and now live in a densely populated, predominantly Russian-Jewish area of Toronto.

In recent years, Anna has been learning to embrace her own Jewish heritage and reach out to her people.  Anna and Vladimir have two grown daughters, Vasalisa and Dasha, and have just become grandparents for the first time!

Luba Elisha (standing behind) was born and raised in Moscow, Russia.  Her mother and Jewish step-father brought the family to Canada when Luba was 17.  Luba did not start seeking the Lord until she became an adult, but eventually made her faith decision through the ministry of The Peoples Church (Toronto).

Luba has a tremendous burden for the Russian-Jewish community.  She and her teenaged children, Sarah and PJ, have long been part of the Toronto Messianic community.  Luba knows our staff well and, like Anna, can connect you with the right speaker at the right time.
